Hi Gia I worked this out pen on paper I understand this is not accurate but gives you a rough estimate. what you say is understandable it didn't make sense to me either to main a weigh and not see gains. Which is why I wanted to calculate how much protein Carbs and fat I should be consuming to build muscle.
