I posted here in April, have lost 20 pounds now , 30ish to go for my goal. My advice is to select a small deficit so it's sustainable and you aren't starving. Breastfeeding makes me soo hungry.

Hi!! I just had my second baby recently. I'm going to start cutting calories slowly so that it doesn't hurt my supply. With my first child I ended up being lighter than my pre-pregnancy weight just from breastfeeding alone but it took about a year, and I'm hoping to lose it a little more quickly this time. :) here's hoping…
