To change your body, you have to change your mind! Don't look at it as a diet, but a lifestyle change. Seeing it as a diet, of course you'll get frustrated and quit after 2-3 weeks, i know the feeling i've done it in the past. Be persistent, make short term goals.

So many delicious recipes on Pinterest, I love my kale sauteed with other veggies, in my soups, mixed salads, kale chips, i hear its great in smoothies as well, though i have not tried that yet. So many wonderful ways to prepare.
