You need to eat at a deficit consistently. I don't quite understand your post, but only sticking to something for 2-3 weeks then stopping won't help much! It is hard to see results physically, and initially the scales may not budge (for some) but you have to keep at it.

Weigh, measure and log everything that goes in to your mouth accurately. Make sure you stick to your calorie goal. This is a long term process...

Hello! I have helped a lot of people through the journey that you're on, it isn't easy but it can be done with the right mindset. I'm giving a few hours to a few people to have an in depth chat about how to get through this. Drop me an add if you're stuck and struggling

What does "trying everything" include? Maybe we could help you get on track with a program you can stick to.

I also suffer from PCOS. It affects hormones, blood sugar and can make it hard to lose weight. I have to watch not only my calories but also my carbs. I have found that a high protein low carb diet (while still watching my calories) is the best way for me to lose weight. I'm not taking extremely low carb (60-80 grams per day is my goal) and for protein, I aim for 120 grams and about 1200 calories total for my day.
And as others have said, you have to keep at it. Weight loss is slow, but it will happen if you stick to eating at a deficit.

To change your body, you have to change your mind! Don't look at it as a diet, but a lifestyle change. Seeing it as a diet, of course you'll get frustrated and quit after 2-3 weeks, i know the feeling i've done it in the past. Be persistent, make short term goals.
