There are many options for low calorie veg lunch meal On top of the list i pick Baked tofu with green vegs wid some add on seasoning and olive oil Another gr8 option Low fat cottage cheese with some roasted nuts on top litrle honey or maple syrup as per ur taste I hope this wrks n help
