Hello, I was 270 pounds last year, I've decided to join because am stuck at 214 pounds, maybe calorie counting will help.

    I'm 210, hoping to lose 80, i struggle to lose weight because I can't stick to my plan for the life of me :p I know how, just can't stick with it

    This app might help u..be creative with same ingredients which vil not makes u feel boring and on the other side u will lose weight as well..
    Pick 3-4 complex carbs
    3 lean protein source
    And same with healthy fats

    I was 180 in feb this year with 24 % body fat..
    I keep stick to my diet plan wid some occasional changes and manage to reach 154 wid 13% b.fat

    I tend to be busy all day and just forget to eat till it's night, which is why I'm putting on the weight, just need to find a way to spread it out
