I like cherries and berries. Also Cottage cheese......I like Nancy's low fat cultured. Has a tang way more than normal cottage cheese.

So I have been working to get back into tight control for the last month. I am testing 4 times a day, monitoring my carb for every meal and snack. I just got my fitbit charge yesterday. I cannot get the steps to log into MFP. I have set it up to sync but it is not doing so. Any ideas?

Any beans usually have 7 grams per 1/2 cp. Boiled edamame, contains 8.4 grams of protein per half cup. Nuts and seeds are good too. I also yse a protein shake that has 10 grams and a bar that has 20. Both from Melaleuca.

Its been awhile but I was taught no more than 45-60 carbs per meal and 15-30 for each snack...eating every 4-5 hours, not sure if that is still recommended.
