I think I am going to throw my scale in the garbage, and only weigh myself at the gym on weigh-in day. I weigh myself everyday, 2X a day and I am driving myself crazy! Anyone else ever obsessed with the scale?

My loss this week was not as big as week 1 :/ To be expected. But the fact that I stuck with my healthy habits past week 1 is huge for me. I typically drop off any plan after 1-2 weeks.
