    I switched to a Keto diet right after Christmas. It has already changed my energy, mood, and I feel healthier! So far I am seeing the "fast" loss of such a diet switch, so now I am trying to stay motivated to keep up the low carbs and monitoring my sugar intake as well.

    My loss this week was not as big as week 1 :/ To be expected. But the fact that I stuck with my healthy habits past week 1 is huge for me. I typically drop off any plan after 1-2 weeks. So if I make it to the 3rd weigh-in...success is on the horizon.

    No change from last week here. I'm struggling to break through into the next stone bracket (UK). I keep reaching this point then progressing no further. I'm going to have to knuckle down hard next week and break through :s

    I did a detox for my first week to jump start my weight loss and give me motivation to keep losing. That's the reason for the big decrease in weight for my first week. I don't expect this kind of drop for upcoming weeks. I'm also keeping a journal of calories, water intake, and cardio to see what really works for me and what doesn't. I hope we all meet our goals!

    I'm right there with You! There has of only been one previous time that I have been consistent, and that was 3-4 months. Between then and now there has been lots of starts, stops, whining, laziness, and weight gain. Keep at it and try to have fun with it Too!

    Not too bothered about the slow start, I've been at this a LONG time! I'm eating clean, no alcohol (miracle), and exercising every day with one rest day. Feeling good! :smile:

    Thank you for the support; I've actually just broken through today. I'm so happy to see a different starting number on the scale :) Hopefully I'll keep up the momentum this week and record a big loss next week!

    Lots of this is alcohol bloat from Christmas and New Year but a good amount of fat too so I'm really chuffed and feeling v.motivated
