    Started program last night (Monday night) so my weekly weigh in numbers will reflect that number starting this week.

    Starting weight: 245 (1/4/17) My own weigh in Wed morning.
    Weekly weight: 247 (1/9/17) Program weigh in Monday evening.
    Goal weight: 235

    Numbers make me super anxious, but trying to remind myself to focus on small steps like watching out for hidden sugars and sodium and using the scale number as a litmus test for how I'm doing.

    31st please
    That gives us 3 whole months to work with. Typically habits are formed in 12 weeks so this time will give us a fighting chance for making healthy lifestyle choices and enforcing it with a downward trend on the scale and measuring tape!

    31st! My goal date is already the 27th, and it does give everyone 3 full months to achieve their goals.

    Hi raypackers! Thanks for starting this challenge.

    In response to your question, if the challenge could go until March 31 instead of the 1st it would be preferable in my opinion. I probably won't reach the 20 pound goal regardless (realistically I should be aiming at a 1 pound per week loss at the weight I am at) but it sure would be great to get as close as possible by March 31. Those four extra weeks in this challenge would sure help ☺.
