    Decent first week. Almost gave up soda (had 2), which is a huge deal for me. Going to try not to have one this week since it's already hard enough to drink all the needed water.

    I am late to this party, but I really need a short term challenge. I just started MFP this week and I LOVE it. I have tried others and theirs sites were too complicated. Since I am joining you guys a bit later, I am hoping we are talking about the END of March 2017 LOL. Like Frankenchops above, I too was sick for 2-1/2 yrs and could hardly get to work and back (gaining 30 lbs over the course of that) and am so not OK with this weight. Good luck everyone!

    So, I've been going in the wrong direction for the past couple of weeks. I also lost track of this thread. However, found it again. This week I'm logging better and am mindful of what I'm eating. Hoping to show a loss next time.
