    My birthday is mid-March so I really want to be in the 140 lbs by March 15th.

    I did a detox for my first week to jump start my weight loss and give me motivation to keep losing. That's the reason for the big decrease in weight for my first week. I don't expect this kind of drop for upcoming weeks. I'm also keeping a journal of calories, water intake, and cardio to see what really works for me and what doesn't. I hope we all meet our goals!

    Oh what kind of detox? I'm kind of bummed because I gained a pound this week and I thought I ate really well. I've also been exercising every day and making sure I hit 13,000 steps most days, though a few I only got 11,000 or so. I am definitely overweight, both BMI and pictures confirm, so I don't understand why nothing is moving this week... Sigh.

    I'm SUPER motivated at the moment so a detox sounds great, because I'm worried I'll lose enthusiasm and spirit if there isn't some loss soon...

    Worked out three times and stuck to my Keto Diet, which was hard because I wasn't feeling great--keto flu, I think--but it was worth it. I think this week will be easier. Anyone can email me especially if they want to talk keto.

    Was 143.8 last week. Not sure where I went wrong but still 3.2 lbs down since starting the challenge. I've been doing some strength training so not sure if that has something to do with it. Better luck next week. Good luck to everyone

    I am on Keto also after fantastic results last year. I'm doing now what I didn't last year though and that's exercising too (5km a day, gym too) so we will see how it goes.

    I have my first official weigh in tomorrow so I am really looking forward to it and will not be disheartened whatever happens.

    Excellent work everyone, let's do this!
