My week was filled with crap food and working 5 long *kitten* days. I was tired after work so it was basically shower lay out clothes for tomorrow and bed. Today I grocery shopped and tomorrow I will do some preps for snacks and meals.

If anyone is experiencing a plateau in their weight loss, check out intermittent fasting. I used the 16/8 hour approach where from 6:30pm-10:30am I fast and then between 10:30am-6:30pm I have my meals. Only did this for 2 days!

The scale is going in the wrong direction ! I had a heavy Carb week again and ended up gaining a half pound. However, I can tell my clothes are fitting better. So, I am at a loss. Hopefully I will have better luck next week.

There we go! A great week for me, predominantly water weight I imagine but I have been on strict diet and gym four days this week.
I feel much lighter and my lord I've just noticed my thighs, they're bloody great man. Going to try and not think about the weight coming off as I'm focussing on lifting.
