So, I've been going in the wrong direction for the past couple of weeks. I also lost track of this thread. However, found it again. This week I'm logging better and am mindful of what I'm eating. Hoping to show a loss next time.

Amazing what being home and having a routine can do for me! Back up in the air on Friday, but's a short trip. I expect some of the water to come back, but I'm bringing breakfast and my own snacks to try to curb some of the bad, convenient choices I usually make at events.
