I can see the weight loss I started this journey at the beging of the year and have lost a total of 30 lbs 4 belt loops have been taken in but It seems that I have hit a dead spot bc I weight was coming off pretty quickly after I started useing this app thank u for the coments . I would guess its time to tweak this calorie…
