Hi !! I have lost 15 lbs with this app alot to go !!

I was 275 down to 260 15 days.
The 15 came off pretty quick

Are you weighing and logging all food? If you're not consistent, you can be eating more than you think.
If you exercise, do you log and eat back all of the calories gained? Exercise calories can be overestimated, so general advice is to only eat back part of the calories, about 50%.
It's likely you lost a lot of water weight at first. Also weight loss isn't linear (you will see this a LOT in the forums). It's not unusual for people to have "stalls" for 2-3 weeks.
But if you aren't weighing your food, that is the first place to start.0 -

Being "stuck" for 15 days is nothing to be concerned about. You said that the first 15 lbs came off quickly. Depending on how long you have been counting, the initial loss was likely mostly water weight, and your actual "weight loss" is just now catching up.

I haven't looked through your whole journal, but I noticed that at lunch on the 1500 you had chicken breast, 1 cup grilled veggies and 1 cup rice. First of all, did you not have any condiments or sauces? Did you oil the veggies before grilling them? It doesn't look like you weighed the rice and veggies either. If you're doing that consistently, it can add up.
Also, what was said about exercise calories (only heat half) and if you dropped a lot of weight at first, some would be water weight and now you're keeping more water, but you're still losing a little fat, but you can't see it.0 -

Well, you're weighing some of it... you've also got a lot of measurements in cups, tablespoons, etc, and things like 1 apple or 1 tortilla or a peach measured by diameter.
Since you've only been stuck for 15 days you might be alright like this, but it's a good idea to start weighing these things. If you choose not to and decide to see how it goes and still don't lose, that's the first thing to change.
You're also really far under your calorie goal a lot of days. This won't stop you losing weight, but it isn't healthy. Remember, it's a goal, not a limit!0 -

I can see the weight loss I started this journey at the beging of the year and have lost a total of 30 lbs 4 belt loops have been taken in but It seems that I have hit a dead spot bc I weight was coming off pretty quickly after I started useing this app thank u for the coments . I would guess its time to tweak this calorie counting even more. I am learning a new way to live !!0
