i reinstalled and its now works but i think my problem was i was not logging out of the app i was in so it did not sync its seems if you don't close the app it does not sync visa versa if you add to the pc it sync when you log out do mix up logging out with completeing your entry for the day

Ok just noticed anything I enter while using my pc syncs back to my iphone ,but anything enteredon the iphone does not sync to the pc ??
