Syncing wih phone

in Getting Started
I cannot see any of my food entries or calories from the last week translated to the website on my computer tho I can see them on my phone. How can I properly sync these? If I uninstall/reinstall the app on my phone do I lose information?

    Ok just noticed anything I enter while using my pc syncs back to my iphone ,but anything enteredon the iphone does not sync to the pc ??
