12,000 a day which is not comprehensive as I just purchased it last week and had a couple variances with my workout days on two days this week.. I normally work out more which would make my steps more than 12,000.

NICE NSV!! I am loving that your family is in awe of you too! Way to go. I am not a runner either although I LOVE fitness classes..Learning how to run is on my bucket list.

Add me! I have twenty more pounds to go!!

Well, I consider myself tall at 5'8.. I'm taller than all of the other women around me. Lol Anyway, I am 177 with a goal of 160 at least, and I'm breastfeeding. At 15 months, my little one is no longer exclusively breastfed so I no longer worry about not getting enough calories ...or exercise cutting into my supply...

You WANTED it to disappear?? Mine started sloping seemingly overnight too... I've been doing deeper squats to slow That side effect down!!

Got a FitBit on Wednesday and I've been clearing the 10,000 steps before the day is half done on some days!

I would also like to add (for anyone feeling what the OP stated) that it may be beneficial to look within yourself and ask why you are starting and stopping...once you acknowledge why, then you can move forward from there...If you feel bored or tired from working out..then you can switch up the routine..if you are just…

I'm 5'8 and folks think that I look taller too since losing these 15 pds (15 more to go).. Are you slim in the hips? I look longer because I don't have much hips.. Long legs and a Whole lot in the curves dept just makes me look stretched out. Lol

My fitness instructor and a classmate pointed out my trimmer waistline today. My classmate wanted to know my exact weekly workout regimen...that felt great, albeit I still have a ways to go!! My shirts are Much roomier in the waistline but my chubby arms have not caught on enough yet for me to be able to go down a size...

Well you look great to begin with so that is always a good thing! I have 20 pds to go and I am taller so we aren't traveling the exact same journey but feel free to add me if you are seeking encouragement! :)

"So that's where I'm at right now. I hope that I find everyone well, and wish everyone the best of luck on their continued journeys." [/quote] Great progress and quite thoughtful comments! :)

When YOU are that over energetic woman in the front of the aerobics class going HARD the whole hour. When you choose to do the Harder/more challenging moves during your class to keep your heart rate up and push yourself. When you realize that your arms are FINALLY trying to start shrinking/shaping up like the rest of your…

There HAS to be a correlation between obesity and food addiction for some folks... I am no scientist, but I am sure that if we did a google search we would find reliable studies regarding this matter. For someone to eat themselves until they are sick, disregard the fact that their cholesterol is off the charts, they are…

You look great! You are lucky that you can hold your shape while losing weight!! When I lose, my hips and butt become shapelier but Too small.. It would be nice to hold all my weight there and continue to lose everywhere else. Lol
