People around me begin to go on and on about my loss...They've recently started it back up again and asking "are you done?" NOPE, close - but not yet!

1.Comfortable wearing medium shirts. 2. BP is 108/70 (Was hypertensive for last two pregnancies and BP did not readily drop to normal after birth.. It remained borderline for a while... Hadn't checked it since last year and was pleasantly surprised on Friday. :) ) 3.Resting heartrate averaging between 49-51 bpm. 4. The…

I work out 60-90 hours a day seven days a week. My "rest days" include me resting from a specific exercise I did the previous day... Kickboxing, Bootcamp, advanced step, strength training... Used to do two hours a day several days a week and one hour on the other days.. Going back to that next week to shake things up a bit…

I'm 5'8 146, 4/6 in bottoms and 8 in tops now (YAYYY arms are shrinking)... How did you gauge your body fat percentage? The website that shows the diff body types and their bf percentages?? :)
-
Yep, I try to keep overages to a minimum as well, but when I have them, like you, I space them out for the week. I generally keep the spacing within a week's time though.

Why was this SO FUNNY?!! lol!

I've lost a quarter inch off of my upper arms.. Very exciting as this is my last problem area!

Whelp I've dropped a bit more in inches... Almost there to one of many mini goals... 5'8, 147lbs 4/6 pants Comfortable Medium shirt (yippee for that, arms are my problem area) :)

Great job!! I'm on that team as well - NO EXCUSES!! :)

Good job!

My resting heartrate was at 49 bpm today; down from a high of 65 last year! THIS (amongst other things) is why I claim to be an athlete, although I'm only in competition with myself! Lol

That some areas are SO stubborn that you'll darn near have to become a rail to get the fat from those areas. That you have to continue to lose and lose and lose ...even though you are happy with Everything else (!!!) to lose One area.

Great job!!

Yeah, I love mine as well. Loved seeing my resting heart rate drop so significantly during the last six months... Love the challenges with co-workers which pushes me to exercise even harder (not that I need too much outside motivation).. I love seeing the calories burned when I exercise intensely... More than worth the…

Congrats! Maintain that excitement and KEEP GOING!! :)

I thought 155 lbs would be my maintenance goal but hit that and kept going... I thought 145lbs would really do it...I'm at 147lbs and two more will not get me there.. Onward solider with the hope that 140 will be the "nice spot"! Sooo hopefully 7 more pounds to go for me as well. Cutting back a little more and exercising a…

Beautiful!

Yep, that's me! I work out every day, generally no matter what is happening... I look down at my arms and just keep going! Now if I'm really tired, I may do a diff type of workout.. My rest day is active rest....a more toned down exercise program.

Hot da8n, that's great! :)

5'8 147 lbs - easily wear a size 6 Folks being the same weight but drastically diff sizes has everythin to do with their shape and muscularity. I do a lot of body weight exercises (squats, lunges, hip thrusts) And I'm more rectangular shape ....naturally small hips and legs (unfortunately lol).. They are very…

That you may NEVER be truly satisfied... Happy.. but never satisfied. There is ALWAYS another goal.. something else to hone in on and FIX...this IS a journey though so it's to be expected...

That morning you realize your collarbones are there and waving back at you happily. That moment you see thigh gaps are Not only found on models and the Super thin.. That moment when everyone at your usual spots...work, gym, dance studio are calling you TINY because you kind of ARE.. Especially compared to six months ago!…

YEP! Pretty much!! My stomach is pretty flat, it just has a bit of loose skin.. Now my lower back (lats) and arms still have the LAST of the fat that needs to go!! I'm going to keep losing till it's gone... Hopefully ten more pounds does it. Those are the first places that I gain and the last to go as well.
-
yl Well I don't know what you looked like before, but you are def still pretty now! :)
-
Aww good job! You look beautiful! Much younger too!

I'm not sure where my response went, but we are nearly identical in measurements and I'm 149 lbs exactly today and 5'8... Scale will drop a bit more as I'm bloated...however I'm still at size medium shirts and I'm a 4-6 on the bottom. Relaxed fit pants size 6, tight pants size 4. I need one more 1" to 1.5" off my arms to…

Yeah, I too chose my initial goal weight based on the high end of a healthy BMI... Got there and was no where near happy so dropped 10 additional pounds...still not happy...my stubborn arm fat is holding me back from maintenance mode...I have obvious muscle all over including my arms but arms are still too big for my small…
