  • I've been having a vanilla weigh protein shake w skim milk every morning as a meal replacement. Seems to at least keep the hunger at bay til lunch, it's a fast grab in the morning and it's less than 150 calories.
  • Honestly I think they're all really good but if ur just looking to shed weight, I'd go for No More Trouble Zones or 30 Day Shred.
