I know about the water weight thing. I know weight loss isn't linear. But I am drinking 3.5 litres of water a day. I pee a lot. Lol. Glad you were thinking of me! I've been around. Just creepin', but not posting!!!

Did my first full leg day with my trainer. I started with him last Wednesday, at 320 lbs, now one week later, I'm at 312 lbs. Totally changed my eating habits, work out with him twice a week. Damn, that sucks. Sometimes having "credentials" means nothing. Some of the Goodlife trainers have "credentials", but all that means is they took a weekend course on fitness. The guy I am getting knows his stuff. I have seen countless success stories come out of his training!

I've never really set daily goals. I do think it's a great idea. Instead of looking at the bigger picture, just focus on one day at a time. I think that's what I'm going to do from now on!

I'm just starting as well, and I am making small adjustments. Getting rid of pepsi was the first. Replacing it with water, and/or veggies. I eat more small meals during the day. I feel your pain. I was eating a big bag almost everyday, and tried to hide the evidence from my wife. I have given up chips, but I do know there will come a time at a party, where I will have some, but I have to just limit what I eat.

I hit the gym 6 times a week. 3 days are full body weights, 2 are cardio. One is HIIT, the other is steady state for 40 minutes. Usually Saturday is hot yoga. Plus 3 nights a week I do DDPyoga.

Or give it up cold turkey. If you want to lose weight bad enough, you can do it. I was addicted to pepsi. Having at least 3 of the 571 ml per day. That's ove a litre and a half of pepsi/day. I've been lucky so far. I started at 318.9, basically 319 lbs. As of last Sunday. As of this morning, I weigh 310. So, 9 lbs in 2 weeks. I know that will slow down, and I am doing measurements as well.

I forgot my lunch, and hit up Subway. Only got a 6" tuna with whole wheat bread. Just lettuce, onions, and black pepper on it. No cookies, no pop, no chips. That to me is a win. I'm Dave, 5'10, 316 lbs. I used to be in shape. Now I'm just a shape. I was an ex pro hockey player, but I can't even tie my skates anymore. UGH!!! I seem to do well, then the binging happens and it's just throw everything down my face hole. I have a 3 year old daughter that I want to see grow up. I don't want to die!!
