Use a kitchen scale that weighs in grams and use MFP to log everything you eat. To lose weight, you need to consume less calories than you expend, whether or not your diet is vegan. :) ETA: Plug your stats into MFP and choose a reasonable and realistic weekly weight loss goal, that way you'll see your daily calorie goal.…

LOL I read them the same way!

I'm a small-framed 5'4.5" and my original goal weight was 130, but when I got there, I knew I wasn't done, so I changed it to 120. Now I've changed it to 115. Currently at 118 and feeling very good about a 115 ultimate goal.

This is the best use of a Lafayette gif that I've ever seen! :D

Definitely not accurate. I wish very, very much that I could fit in a 36D, where there is a much bigger, cuter and often cheaper selection of bras. I don't wear 32DDD because of vanity, it's because that's my actual size. When the band is too loose, the straps hurt my shoulders a lot. (I know this because I kept trying to…

What?

5'4.5" and it's been 2 months since I posted here. Took me that long to lose a little over 8 lbs, which has put me solidly into a size 2, with an occasional 0 at certain stores. (I guess Old Navy runs bigger, I've steadily been one size down from ON, compared to most other stores.) For some reason, most brand dress pants…

"Deep" is a typo for "derp," which is a term used occasionally by my 13-year-old son and his friends. They use it usually as an adjective for something that is silly or ridiculous. "Woo" is used to mean something tricksy/deceptive, as far as I can tell. ETA, @WalkingAlong Thank you for making excellent points.

MFP "Happy Herbivores" Group has lots of great recipe ideas.

This is quite a nice guide. Especially a great resource for a beginner cook, too.

I agree with this completely. I've seen a couple of the commercials, in one she talks about how much simpler it is to use WW's points system, rather than count calories. I find this disappointing on multiple levels.

That's fantastic! (Also you've got some great photography skills!! Everything looks so lovely!)

I'm not sure if (for me) it's hormonal or not, or perhaps a combination of reasons, but I usually experience a whoosh (bigger than expected loss) around once a month, and preceding that whoosh, I usually experience an odd-feeling squishiness for a couple of days. Soon after, things seem to tighten up. Now, when I get that…

That is fantastic!! Love your commitment!

@dujyandco your smoothie looks soooo pretty and yummy! I'm hit or miss with breakfast, sometimes I skip it entirely and swap those calories into lunch or dinner or even snacks. The past few days, I've been eating a really delicious black bean soup that I made in my slowcooker. I love it so much that I think I'm going to…

This is truly spectacular, wonderfully happy for you both!

5'4.75" (sooo close to 5'5") CW 124.6, ultimate GW is 115. These last 10 will be slow going, my best advice is to just keep consistent and remind yourself to be patient. (At least, I find I have to remind myself of this a lot lately!) I love to eat a whole lot of veggies (seriously, lots) and I especially love to batch…

Not a stupid question at all! I wear two bras for running. I wear a regular bra beneath my sports bra. It is not ideal, but it works for now. I've been holding off buying new bras until I'm into maintenance, which should be in a couple of months, simply because I don't want to have to get another batch of new ones if my…

Ahaha, I do that, too! When I was a little kid, (which was a very long time ago /cough) my Dad went to a local produce place every week and brought home an entire flat of strawberries. I still feel starry-eyed when I look at that many at once! Where my parents live, blackberries grow wild along several roadsides, it was so…

Oooo honey crisp apples are SO delicious. They are still in the stores right now, surprisingly, and we keep buying them all the time! When they're not around, we usually switch to Pink Lady variety.

Thank you!!! <3 <3 <3

I missed the deadline, I'm so sorry!! :s

Seriously!! It seems to combine so many of my favorite things!

Thank you very much!

I've tried so, so, so many. Expensive, inexpensive, difficult to get into, easy to zip, and the only thing that works for me to be able to run with no jiggle or discomfort is to wear two sports bras. It was weird at first, but I'm used to it now. I wear a molded-cup one beneath a Champion one that would give me uniboob if…

Love this, great job!! And I seriously envy your sewing skills!
