No no no im not trying to fight i know a bit about the topic just want helpful suggestions not eat what you want. Like CERTAIN foods is all i was asking for. Was hoping people would suggest like a meal i should eat.

Well as an athlete if you dont eat correct you are more tired less energy i cant just go eat a burger every day it will slow me down
