    Several of us have already answered this question for you.

    Eat whatever you want at a moderate calorie surplus, while lifting weights/engaging in progressive overload strength training. Aim for about 1 gram of protein per kg/body weight a day.

    Well as an athlete if you dont eat correct you are more tired less energy i cant just go eat a burger every day it will slow me down

    No no no im not trying to fight i know a bit about the topic just want helpful suggestions not eat what you want. Like CERTAIN foods is all i was asking for. Was hoping people would suggest like a meal i should eat.

    If you think it's necessary to eat very specific certain foods to build muscle, then you clearly don't know as much on the topic as you think you do. There are no specific foods that are needed to gain weight. Really. I promise. All that is needed is a calorie surplus, with an appropriate amount of protein to build muscle.

    And you've got the answer. Eat what you like. It's not rocket science. Don't make it complicated. I could give you my meal plan, but that's made up of my food choices. Things I like. Not yours....only you know what you like. Make what you like fit your goals.

    I know what you mean. Lean meat is fine. Fatty meat in moderate amounts is also fine. The one thing you keep in mind is that you can't gain muscle without gaining fat as well. The goal is to eat enough of a calorie surplus while lifting weights to encourage muscle growth, but not too big of a surplus that you gain a lot of fat.

    You can do this by eating any types of food. Set your macros to the level you want, and fill them up with foods you love. Lift weights, watch the gains come.

    Burger cooked with onions. Cheese on top. A plate of broccoli -- that is a good lunch. If you want more calories, eat with bread or make rice.
