Rest days I don't even bother looking at my step count.I do what I do.Ive lost 44lbs since June so it's working for me but each to their own.

I've went from 102 kg to 85kg.Only 2-3 kg to go.Ive actually enjoyed the lifestyle change.I feel happier and fitter than I've been in a long time.I don't know what I will do when I reach my goal.Obviously try and keep it off but it will be just great to reach my goal.

I'm the same returned to walk/running yesterday.Right up to the point of opening the door and heading out I was telling myself "can I be bothered?"I went done 5 miles.I felt great afterwards.Tired and a bit stiff but happy.Push on and you'll be glad you done it.All the best. ;)

If someone says " you've lost weight"or comments like that I've found telling them back they put on a few pounds and look well usually shuts them up. ;)

This my second week of no exercise.I had flu and done no exercise for almost a week.I started to feel better so returned to some light walking/jogging.The next day I was flat on my back with no energy feeling terrible again.Take it easy and rest when your ready you'll know it.

I walk/run for 5 miles for five days of the week. One day a week I walk/run 10 miles. Rest on a Sunday usually.

Thanks.Ye my wife said the same come tomorrow that's 4 days hopefully it'll start to lift.Bit fed up and hate being away from exercise and my eating plan has went to pieces the last few days.

Apart from bowel cancer last year no I've not been sick since early teens.Odd cold here and there but nothing like this.

Any supplements or easy things to eat to get back to feeling well again.Sick day is not going to happen.What a waste of a sick day to be actually sick!

I walk because of an old Achilles injury.Walking a small amount to begin with.Build it up steadily in time and intensity.I began with walking round my housing estate where I stay then longer walks at a faster pace.It works for me.I try to walk 5-10 miles each day at a good pace.It takes a bit of time (don't rush).Hope this…

As above log all you eat for a few days.Then eat less calories than you previously did.If you are able to a little exercise will help.Dont go mad.Some light walking at first then gradually build it up.I found the first steps were the hardest for me.Giving up on things that aren't good for me was a challenge but I'm 28llbs…

I eat porridge every morning.Then at lunch I have a toasted bagel with cold meat and a large orange.Boring or not I like the routine of it and can judge exactly how much I can eat.

Funnily I've walked 29500 today which is just over 18miles.Im pretty tired tonight.My daily target is 12000.Think I'll have a rest day tomorrow.Been non stop for a few weeks and my achilles has been sore for a month or so.Well done right enough.

I've lost 24llbs watching what I eat and just walking.I am feeling fitter and healthier.I started on 18th June my daily goal is 12000 steps.Im walking at reasonably good pace (4mph) can't run as my ankle is very weak.Good luck.

4/9/15 = 7.19 miles 5/9/15 = 6.02 miles 6/9/15 = 3.93 miles 7/9/15 = 4.40 miles I found the "map my walk app"so really enjoying it.Fine weather here as well which helps.Dont know how I'll get on in wet and cold weather right enough.

My weight was 16st 2 down to 14st 7.My aim is to get to 14 st.Once I'm there (hopefully)I'll see how I'm feeling.Im never hungry just need to stop opening a fridge door to see what's there.I had a large midriff but it's went down a good bit so basically I'm just trying to getting rid of the rest.Its harder to lose than to…
