How much is to much?
I'm currently trying to lose the last few pounds to my target.Ive been running and going to the gym almost every day for last month or so.Im now feeling pretty burned out.What do others class as "to much"?How often do u take a day off?When I've had a rest day(not many)I feel it's a terrible waste.

4lbs until target weight
I've lost 54lbs sin mid May last year.Ive 4lbs to go to my target weight.I am pleased with my results still think there is a lot of room for improvement but everyone around me is saying I've lost a little to much.How do others on the road to better health deal with these negative comments

Pain running
I'm getting a fair bit of pain in my groin when running.I had it about 1 month ago and took a rest it cleared up after 2 weeks.I ran again last Saturday and since then had the pain.I rested again until this morning and the pain although there it seems to be worse running on the flat or down hill.Any info or advice is much…

Half marathon times
I've started running the half marathon distance.My times have been 1:56:30 and 1:57:58.Both have been on varied terrain and in good weather.I am a 45 year old male.I have no idea if these are decent times or not.Some feedback and tips would be much appreciated.Thank you in advance.

Calories not counting
The gym I use has the mywellness system.For some reason it does not seem to register my calories on myfitnesspal when I've finished my workout.The steps I register during my workout does transfer over though.The info does go from myfitnesspal to mywellness (other way)though.I know it's a long shot anyone help here?Thanks…

Reached my goal today

Not Feeling Well
Been a bit unwell over the last couple of days.Flu like symptoms and no energy.Ive not done my daily exercise because of this.Been drink as much as I can face.Barely ate 1200 calories today as I've no appetite.Any advice would be helpful.

Eating my exercise calories

Diary not advanced to correct day.
