Ta for the replies.Took much of the advice and rested up.Not bothered logging or exercising or the last two days.I feel much better and ready to go again.Thanks for the advice I needed to hear it from others who do a bit of exercise I suppose.

Try logging out the withings app.Connect mfp & mmr (if possible)then log back into withings.Don't Know how it will turn out as I never reconnected the apps I was using.sorry.

I had to turn off other apps I had synced with mfp to be able to sync with map my run.Hope this helps.

Brian thanks if I was mop runner then I'd be over the moon.Last May I was one of those over weight 40 somethings that could only run to the fridge to stuff my face.Since I've started running and changed my lifestyle I feel great.Thanks for the info.

I can't get my Fitbit to sync either.Ive downloaded the app and pressed connect via mfp.It takes me to a log in screen I enter my details and nothing it doesn't log in and doesn't progress.Anyone any ideas?

Hi I've lost 44lbs since June by solely walking and now running.I find lifting weights tedious.Each to their own I suppose I'm happy with my results so far.

Happened to me also.Jumped from 1700 to 2400.Done nothing differently from the last few months.Strange but I just changed it back.

I run maybe 3 times week.Depending the weather there in Scotland.Been very wet and windy last 20 years.I run 6 - 9 miles each time.Average time for 6 miles is 49mins.Not bad for someone who couldn't run the length of himself in May.

At the gym they have a digital scale that's pretty accurate.Saves me buying one. ;)

I understand that they pull data from the same source.A previous app was not giving me the same results.I used a pedometer in my other pocket for a day and found my phone with pacer was near enough the same results.Each to their own.I'll continue using my phone.Im fitter than I've been in 20 years lowest weight in 25 years…

A 6 mile ( 9.6 km) run/jog this morning.Baby woke me at 0430 and that was that.Lie and stare at the ceiling or go for a run.

2hrs of cardio today. 10 mins bike (don't like bike) 20 mins running 30 mins cross trainer 60 mins on stepper ( like it due to low impact on my sore Achilles).
