Wendler-structured leg day:
Back squats up to 115 lbs x6 - This is the most weight I've ever had on the bar, so I felt pretty awesome about that.
Assistance exercises: 3 sets of each (I was short on time, so didn't do the usual 5 sets) in a circuit
Cleans: 80 lbs x2
Overhead squats: 50 lbs x1 (this is an increase for me, so I took it slow)
Walking high-bar barbell lunge: 50 lbs x4
No time for cardio today afterwards unfortunately.0 -
A 6 mile ( 9.6 km) run/jog this morning.Baby woke me at 0430 and that was that.Lie and stare at the ceiling or go for a run.0

45 min TRX/kettle bell class where we did The Twelve Days of Christmas, exercise(day) 1, then exercise(day) 1 and 2, then exercise(day) 1, 2, and 3 etc, with Christmas music of course. It was a lot of fun. I was going to go walk outside, but the rain forced me to the treadmill, where I did 3.5 miles.0

I got some new weights for home so I tried some of my favorite exercises with them. Kind of just playing but testing my limits and such. I am thinking my biceps may already need heavier than 15lbs, but money is an issue so I will make due!0

2.5-mile run followed by Wendler-structured pull day with dead lifts up to 159 lbs x3. New high for me. I am super sore today from doing Kenpo-X yesterday, so I opted out of my accessory exercises.0

Stuck at home today. It's raining hard and my sneeze attacks are bad. Just did planks and other core exercises. Jumping rope and other bodyweight exercises. Off ice jumps.0
