    Today is rest day from the weights. But I did manage to burn 539 calories (according to my Polar H7 HRM) shoveling a foot of snow for 1 hour 25 minutes. I would ordinarily go to my martial arts class tonight, but it's 13 miles away from here and I have elected to not attempt the icy roads after dark tonight. There will likely be more snow to shovel this evening, though. :persevere:

    I'm going to have to squeeze in a short and sweet HIIT workout as I'm pooched for time today...maybe 25 mins if I'm lucky! Purely a deficit maker, no big gainz here today... :/

    i did whole body work out just cuz over weekend i wasn't able to use the machines i wanted due too many ppl there.soo i did arms,abs,legs&then some cardio lasted only 40 mins but i felt i need the whole body.. i wood love to drop some sizes be nice&lose the belly fat .. goal is 6 days a week with 1day to rest

    Wendler-structured leg day:

    Back squats up to 115 lbs x6 - This is the most weight I've ever had on the bar, so I felt pretty awesome about that.

    Assistance exercises: 3 sets of each (I was short on time, so didn't do the usual 5 sets) in a circuit

    Cleans: 80 lbs x2
    Overhead squats: 50 lbs x1 (this is an increase for me, so I took it slow)
    Walking high-bar barbell lunge: 50 lbs x4

    No time for cardio today afterwards unfortunately.

    A 6 mile ( 9.6 km) run/jog this morning.Baby woke me at 0430 and that was that.Lie and stare at the ceiling or go for a run.
