    "Face Pulls" (something new my trainer added, will get back to you on what that is) (3x20)
    Rear Delt Fly Machine (35lbs 3x15)
    Battleropes (3x40 sec-20 sec rest)
    Weighted Ab Machine (45lbs 3x15)

    Upper body strength is not something I possess... YET. :smiley:

    45 min TRX/kettle bell class where we did The Twelve Days of Christmas, exercise(day) 1, then exercise(day) 1 and 2, then exercise(day) 1, 2, and 3 etc, with Christmas music of course. It was a lot of fun. I was going to go walk outside, but the rain forced me to the treadmill, where I did 3.5 miles.

    An hour weights and strength training. 50 minutes on treadmill walking and running on an incline. 25 minutes on the elliptical.

    I got some new weights for home so I tried some of my favorite exercises with them. Kind of just playing but testing my limits and such. I am thinking my biceps may already need heavier than 15lbs, but money is an issue so I will make due!

    2.5-mile run followed by Wendler-structured pull day with dead lifts up to 159 lbs x3. New high for me. I am super sore today from doing Kenpo-X yesterday, so I opted out of my accessory exercises.

    Lateral raises: 3x14, 10, 8
    Front raises: 3x12, 12,
    Shrugs: 3x14, 14, 12

    Dbell skull crushers: 3x18, 12, 8
    Rope extensions: 3x14, 13, 14
    1arm cable extensions: 3x 10, 8, 6

    Various ab workouts, then 10 minutes on the heavy bag.

    Stuck at home today. It's raining hard and my sneeze attacks are bad. Just did planks and other core exercises. Jumping rope and other bodyweight exercises. Off ice jumps.
