    Wendler-structured push day:

    Bench press up to 68 lbs x5
    OHP up to 57 lbs x3

    Accessories: 5 sets of each in a circuit

    "Wall balls" with 12-lb ball - 5 chest pass, 5 overhead pass per set
    Clean & jerk 80 lbs - 2 reps per set
    Triceps dips - 5 reps per set

    1 mile tempo run on treadmill at 5 mph, then 0.25-mile cool down

    Leg day!!! W/u on stairs, squats (hit a new pr: 135 pounds :) ), SL deadlifts, curtsy lunges w/ barbell, step ups, hamstring curls with ball, leg extensions, bosu ball squats, walking lunges.....

    I was going to do my usual monday ride at lunch, but it was 25* out with winds around 20 MPH so no bueno...i went to the little community rec center near my office and road the stationary bike.

    Stretching
    Biking for commute: probably about 7 miles total today.

    Haven't gotten to it yet, but probably just a run...maybe 40 minutes if my aching butt can handle it..I wish it would rain or snow or do something already, because the humidity is something else on the joints!

    Found Dr. Sara Solomon's workouts nice to fill the days I can't make crossfit but today I feel I should have done more.

    I've tried her workouts, I can do some parts...a bit...but she's just killer to follow along to!

    Today:

    Squat 5x5 160 lbs
    Deadlift 1x5 150 lbs. For fun tried 155 x3 and 165 x1 and those went up easily.
    Ohp 5x5 45 lbs ( I suck suck suck at ohp. I have horrible shoulder mobility)
    1x10, 4x5 assisted pull ups ( neutral grip)
    5x5 12 lbs each hand lateral and front raises
    3x8 30 lbs each hand (60 lbs total) Bulgarian split squats (haven't done these in a long time. Seemed pretty light)

    18 min run (5.3 mph)- 1 min walk (3.8 mph) x 3

    2hrs of cardio today.
    10 mins bike (don't like bike)
    20 mins running
    30 mins cross trainer
    60 mins on stepper ( like it due to low impact on my sore Achilles).

    Today I did a 15min incline walk (3.6mph, incline at 10) and then a 30min Nike training club circuit :).

    Today is rest day from the weights. But I did manage to burn 539 calories (according to my Polar H7 HRM) shoveling a foot of snow for 1 hour 25 minutes. I would ordinarily go to my martial arts class tonight, but it's 13 miles away from here and I have elected to not attempt the icy roads after dark tonight. There will likely be more snow to shovel this evening, though. :persevere:

    I'm going to have to squeeze in a short and sweet HIIT workout as I'm pooched for time today...maybe 25 mins if I'm lucky! Purely a deficit maker, no big gainz here today... :/

    Snow day for the kids so I've been stuck inside all day. I did at home weights.
  • i did whole body work out just cuz over weekend i wasn't able to use the machines i wanted due too many ppl there.soo i did arms,abs,legs&then some cardio lasted only 40 mins but i felt i need the whole body.. i wood love to drop some sizes be nice&lose the belly fat .. goal is 6 days a week with 1day to rest
