Calories not counting

The gym I use has the mywellness system.For some reason it does not seem to register my calories on myfitnesspal when I've finished my workout.The steps I register during my workout does transfer over though.The info does go from myfitnesspal to mywellness (other way)though.I know it's a long shot anyone help here?Thanks in advance.

    same here - myfitnesspal are you going to fix this? It's important!!
