My weight fluctuates by 1-2lb each day. I wouldn't be disappointed with staying the same weight. Sometimes I find having a couple of days off before 'restarting' my diet helps to maintain a steady weight loss when I haven't lost any.

Hey! I'm always having 'off' days - now I am just trying to maintain a healthy diet, rather than a low calorie one. I feel the same about planning meals. If I plan them the day before then I can stick to it, If I don't plan then I'm much more likely to binge eat or order take-out!

I feel the exact same way as you. I don't want to look back at those photographs and regret not trying to look the best I can. I have horrible arms - the thought of having a dress which doesn't cover them makes me cringe but my dream dress is sleeveless.
