How do you stay safe like not slipping? Are there special shoes you can wear that help prevent slipping? I know just walk on the ice but just walking on it scares me lol. I see people running in the snow and I'm like wow how do you do it

Maybe it's the choose but take a break for yor blisters to heal and get some bodygilde. It works wonders at preventing blisters. It's 9 dollars for a stick of it. It looks like a deodorant stick. You can get it online or at dick sporting goods and maybe find it at your local sports store

Overeating. I'm an emotional eater and eat when I'm bored and Overeat when I'm out with friends who don't have the same goals as me. They a lot of fast food.

Around 1300 on a clean eating day on a cheat day like 1600 maybe a little more I weigh 155 and an 5,4. I tend to work out every other day. Mostly body weight exercises or running and the occasional yoga sesh.

Maybe do some classes. Do the 5k zombie run app. I haven't tried it yet but it seems like it could motivate you since it's kinda like a game.
