I used to belly dance! I was in the 2014 dance parade that happens every year in New York! I stopped because I felt very objectified. My ex partner wanted to bring into the bedroom and that made me so uncomfortable so I just stopped. :/

Drink some tea, don't use the computer or phone an hour before you sleep, do some yoga before sleep and if all else fails see your doctor!

Once a week and after you get to a certain size, stop weighing yourself and just go by the indication of how you look,feel and your endurance in work outs. When I looked my best, I weighed 5 pounds more then I weigh now. Muscleeeeeeee

I'm doing my pre requisites for nursing school and the only hobby I had is running but haven't run in 3 months because of heart problems and I'm cleared by the doctor but I'm scared to run lol I'm trying to get back into it. It's so easy for me to put energy into other people but not myself:/

I have super low self esteem and I'm so scared that any guy I find to be amazing is going to find someone better. It is very stressful...

I get anxious when they don't text me everyday and I'm always checking my phone and get sad when they don't text and I always am scared they will cheat on me so I want them to hang with me as much as possible and I think about the person way too much.

Just eat something. Make a goal to eat a certain amount of calories and eat so you're not weak.

I eat 1200-1500 I'm 5,4 I've been doing this for 5 months I do mostly yoga and run I can't strength train because I have a really bad back due to bad posture. It hurts to lift so I stopped.

Yeah you can do it just through a calorie defict but your body won't look as we'll if you worked out and by working out you'll lose the weight faster and can eat a bit more.
