Tips please. I lovvvvvve sleeping in but working out In the morning gives me a lot of energy. Working out at night interupts my sleep

I hate the taste of meat and I wanna eat more protein bars but it's hard to find protein bars without soy protein isolate. :( I wanna be able to hit 80 grams at least but I only get 50 or 60:( also how many protein shakes can you have a day? I have the vega one they're made of pea protein
