I hate the taste of meat and I wanna eat more protein bars but it's hard to find protein bars without soy protein isolate. I wanna be able to hit 80 grams at least but I only get 50 or 60:( also how many protein shakes can you have a day? I have the vega one they're made of pea protein

Quest bars, Combat bars (Muscle Pharm), Pure Protein bars. But I'd prefer the answer above unless you lift more than three times a week, are very active, and simply can't stomach the amount of protein you (supposedly) need. 3 eggs, a cup of cottage cheese, a cup of greek yogurt, and a serving of beans is already ~60g or protein0

You could get some vital wheat gluten and make your own seitan if that doesn't taste too like meat for you. If soy is a problem for you, you'll need to pair it with some other kind of bean for lysine since you won't want to make it with soy sauce.
Is there a particular issue you have with soy?0 -
I love Greek yogurt. You can use it in loads of ways too. Use it to make a creamy salad dressing. Mix it with spices, olive oil, citrus or vinegar and maybe some herbs. Then add to your salad. You can omit the oil and use it to dip your veggies, pita chips or whatever.
I also add a bit of honey and use it as whipped cream for some fruit. . Add a few nuts too.
Also use it to sub for sour cream. Mix a little in veggie soup. Mash it in your mashed potatoes. Or top a baked potato or taco.0 -
