I love steel cut oats overnight, I prefer them over the rolled oats personally they are chewy vs pasty. I actually use my favourite Greek yogurts instead of milk just stir them up and leave overnight.

I like to steam butternut squash until soft and blend with water and toss that all over broccoli. Something in my brain says "cheese sauce!" When I see that colour. I imagine you could add a touch of cream to that now that I think about it.
