But the Blaze does not have built in GPS and the Surge does. In the end, I will probably end up getting a Blaze and pair it with my iPhone and use MapMyRun...

I have a Charge HR - I use it for "timed sessions" - when doing P90x3, 21 Day Fix or just running on the treadmill I start a timed session. This tracks my heart rate among other things during the session. Once done, I stop the session. When I sync it, I have an approximate count of calories based on my heart rate during…

As many have said, it depends on what information you want... In June 2015, I was 314 lbs and sedentary (office desk job). I changed my food intake to only clean foods and started using My Fitness Pal to track everything I eat (I was allowed 1840 cals per day). I also started playing golf again (walking) and would try to get 18 holes in twice a week. Over the first 4 months, I lost…

I am rotating workouts from the 21 Day Fix, P90 and PiYo and having Beachbody on Demand is so much quicker than constantly switching DVD discs. They also now have many of the programs available on there without purchasing them - P90X3 is one I know is available for all On Demand users regardless of whether or not you…

I bought the HR because I wanted to track calories burned during workouts. I track all my food in MFP, so now I add in my workouts with calories burned (based on my heart rate).
-
When I started, I didn't follow it exactly - I used MyFitnessPal for my total calories allowed per day, weighed my food, and tracked it in MFP - I just adjusted what foods I ate to match the 21 Day Fix list. When I searched for recipes, I searched for "21 Day Fix Approved" recipes. I learned shortly after that the 21 Day…

I am on week 2 - I was actually surprised I was able to run the 8 min each day of the first week. I mistakenly modified this first workout of week 2 and went 90 jog, 90 walk for 25 min - but I was happy I was able to do it - I need to make sure I read it carefully for the next workout :)

I have been mixing PiYo with P90 and the 21 Day Fix and I like it - once you get to the Sweat and Drench workouts I'm betting the pace picks up. I have done Align, Lower and Upper, struggled with Core. I have been sticking with Lower and Upper for the last couple of weeks just to get comfortable with the moves...

I personally like the 21 Day Fix workout routines - the program includes 7 different workouts - one for each day of the week and switch between cardio, resistance, pilates and yoga. All workouts have a modifier you can follow if the exercises are too hard to do. Autumn is also very good - talks through it but always…

I have the 21 Day Fix and I like the workouts provided with it. I also have done Beachbody's P90 and PiYo programs and I like those workouts as well. As for Beachbody being an mlm - that doesn't matter to me - I have purchased only what I wanted from them and have never been pressured by anyone to buy anything else - I…

If you are not a morning person, start slow - for the first week get up early 3 days to work out. Maybe you don't work out for the first week but just get yourself out of bed at the time you would need to. Do one of those for a couple of weeks. Basically you are building a habit - wont happen overnight  . As others…

I started off the same as you so wanted something "easier" to start with - I have been doing P90 for the last 3 weeks and find I am able to do most of it so far - not too difficult with a good modifier. I also ordered the 21 Day Fix and followed Autumn's food list (using a daily goal of 1800 calories (500 calorie deficit…

I use my FitBit Charge HR when I work out - I start the session and let it track my heart rate for the duration - turn the session off and then sync it - it gives me an approximate count of calories burned based on HR. If it helps, I was in the doctor's office last week wearing my FitBit Charge HR and after they took my…

265lbs here and I started P90 last night (Tony Horton) and to say it was challenging would be accurate. My thighs are killing me today but i was able to get through most of it. I would imagine T25 to be similar - so make sure you have water, go as slow as you need to and stop when you have to. You can do it!

I actually never thought about it that way until you mentioned it - I like the flavors and the all natural ingredients - but I guess it is low on the protein count... I stand corrected about Larabars being a protein bar... :: ignore the man in the Larabar wrapper and continue your discussion ::
-
Larabars - Chocolate Cherry Torte, Blueberry Muffin, Apple Pie, Banana Bread I recognize all the ingredients (Banana Bread is almonds, dates and unsweetened bananas) and they come in around 200 calories for 4g-6g of protein - I usually eat them while walking on the golf course...

Thanks - I need to update that as well :)

You made me go back and look at my reports - it's over 8 weeks now - and starting at over 300 lbs the first 10-15 were water weight - definitely not unhealthy weight loss - still eating 1800 calories a day - just of better foods

Thanks for the suggestions- does Crystal Light contain calories or sodium?
