  • Good luck on your journey! It's easy with support, you'll lose them before you know it!
  • For your butt and legs, leg extensions + hip abduction machines are good as well as doing squats. Jumping squats might help a bit more. For core a good workout is 20 jumping jacks, then leg raises, 20 jumping jacks, then another core focused exercise, and so on and so on

  • As a type 1 diabetic for 7 years strong, don't worry at all! For you, fitness is key. Curving temptation may be a bit difficult (I use glucerna 80 calorie snack bars, they help) if you need any help, you can add me at any time! Good luck in feeling better!
