It's only been a week maybe you need more time. Im breastfeeding too and I'm actually on a 1290 cal diet. I also eat back all my exercise calories. I've lost 12 pounds in the past 2 months. I also have more weight to lose than you though. I haven't seen any difference in my milk supply either.

So I had a 1000 calorie dinner of awesome and worked out 600 cal. Is that moderation? Lol

I love my carbs! I'd rather work out 2 hours a day that cut those down. Lol. Good for you! It's unreal for me though. I couldn't live my life that way. It wouldn't work for me long term.

Every week I notice progress on the scale even if it's not moving. To me that's a win too! In the mirror though for me it takes a looooong time. I love to run! I put on music and I get lost in thought. And before I know it I'm finished with my workout.

Just run. Run as much as you can. If that's only 5 seconds then. 5 seconds it is. Just keep trying to go longer everytime you work out.
