Stuck on cardio.
I love cardio! I could jog on a treadmill or the streets for miles. I get a really good burn and I don't want to stop. My problem is thats all I do. I don't know how to start weight training. Which one do you own? Is there one that is better or more accurate I should say than another? I'm looking to buy one and want to see what everyone else is using.

Question!
I hope this isn't a stupid question but I want to know if I over ate X amount of calories today can I work them off tomorrow? Or does everyday need to be less calories in than out? I over ate today but it's to late for me to work out tonight. I'm really new to counting calories and I just want to do things the right way.
