Hey all. I'm a mother of 3. Two are under two. My highest weight was 260 and I'm 5'7. I'm currently 233 with a goal weight of 175. It's out of my recommended weight but I've always been between 165-175 and I looked very thin and was happy and healthy. I don't care what that chart says I should be. Lol. I'm going to lose this weight before my birthday/anniversary in February. The past 3 birthdays have been terrible with me putting my self down because of my weight. Never again! I'm looking to support others and to be supported! Thank you!! Add me

    You know yourself best. Who cares it is out of your recommended weight! I know some people who are actually a bit healthier being a little over the recommended weight.
    As long as you feel good in your body it is all fine :)

    Don't put yourself down. I'm sure you are a wonderful person. Good luck on your journey.

    Yesss same goals too I'm at 236 and 175 is my goal weight too my name is Lanetta I need some motivation and a friend on the same page add me!
