challenge 3 I drink ginger and cumin with powdered greens every morning to lessen body pain. I also tried nutmeg in my hot chocolate. The morning drink works for me and pain. The nutmeg was an OK change.

This challenge has been the change I needed. It has definitely got me out of my comfort zone. Did the elliptical machine for the first time in year. Don't know if I can do 10+ miles, but heres to going for it. I so enjoy the trips.

I suffer with this also, called pseudotumor cerebri, back in the day. I have found compression socks to help in the past. Drinking water not soda or sports drinks and watching the amount of sodium in food helps me.
