  • Thanks Mindy :) The GP was lovely and referred me to the service but there seems to be a fairly long waiting list. My first appointment isn't until the beginning of May which is obviously quite disheartening. I'm hoping to try and get into the 200's by then so I have some sort of basis to build on. Wish me luck

  • Not fitting in the seatbelt of the plane. Mortified doesn't begin to describe how I felt. Ruined my holiday
  • Late breakfast. Strawberry smoothie with milk, yogurt, oats and honey. Ryvita fruit crunch with peanut butter and 1 banana.
  • Smoothies are my best friend! 80g of frozen fruit (this way it lasts longer and tastes better) 150ml Skimmed milk 10g raw porridge oats 50g fat free yogurt (any flavour you want) 1/2 tbl spoon honey (optional) 300 calories I normally have a slice of toast and then I'm hungry in time for lunch :smile:
