I walked 50 min yesterday and 30 the day before--but it's been hard to do it every day during the holidays. For me at least. I'm trying to recommit now:-)

Weekends are hard. I was on the go, but too much driving & no dedicated exercise time. And I won't even mention how far off my calorie count I would have been (if I had kept logging). Trying to get back on track today. Planning a lunchtime walk.

Two walks yesterday totalled 75 min. Tougher today--got up too late for a morning walk. Hoping to get out at lunchtime.

I walked 50 minutes on the treadmill this morning and yesterday. (Too cold here for much outside walking right now). I watched a couple of episodes of Red Oaks on Amazon--reminds me of Caddyshack and Dirty Dancing, and there's lots of '80s music. I gave up for a while, but started logging again today. And now I have some motivation to walk. Got in a half hour already, even though it's cold and rainy!

My challenge is dealing with chronic pain, which has gotten more manageable over the last 18 mo. but still affects me daily.
