Welcome! Thank you for joining. I hear you on the food diary. When i first started using the app I struggled to remind myself to log everything. Now I'm in the habit of logging before I eat. It helps me be mindful of portions as well. (But we all have our cheat days!)0 -
I gave up for a while, but started logging again today. And now I have some motivation to walk. Got in a half hour already, even though it's cold and rainy!1

Good job!!! That's awesome, especially since the weather is crappy! I always lose motivation if it's rainy. So good on ya for pushing through!1 -

It is just something we have favorited (star at the top) and come back to daily.2 -
My fitbit says only 30 active minutes yesterday but I kept moving all day and got my step count.
Today I have already hit the gym and have 59 minutes active.3 -
