I over compensate the calories I intake, so that should not be a problem, I guess. I gained like 1kg over the weekend. So I'm guessing it's water weight? I really don't want to get fat again :D thanks for all the reply guys!

Thanks for all the responses! I don't take any weight loss supplement. The only supplements I take are Multi-vitamins, whey protein, creatine, and fish oil capsules, but that's it. The stronglifts 5x5 seems pretty enjoyable to do, and would definitely help me in the long run! Thanks! However, I'm in a cutting phase and stronglifts 5x5 requires you to add weight per workout. Will this affect me in anyway? Because I would think it only works with bulking or am I mistaken?
