I use a mandolin I purchased at Canadian tire to make my zucchini noodles today and I love both the mandolin and the noodles :)

Grilled chicken with zuchinni noodles with mushroom and parmasean cheeze , my new favourite dish ..... Better than regular noodles ! You must try it

You're welcome , I did it at work lastnight as I was night shift and had some down time, usually I snack at that time but this was better. It's simple but I swear I break a sweat . Today I muted her and played my own music today and i enjoyed it more . Have fun!

Night shift , said no to eating the box of merci chocolates a resident kindly gave me .... I left them for the dayshift staff to consume! 70 cals per piece!!!! 1000000 pieces per box!
