  • Also all calories are not created equal, if you eat 3000 calories of fruit you can actually lose weight but if you eat 3000 calories of animal products and high fat foods you'll probably gain and get a lot of health problems.

  • Macros are hard for me to say, but I'd say just eat more nuts and seeds and fruits high in protein as well as high protein leafy greens!
